The manufacturing unit is well equipped with various sophisticated machines and technology to assist in the production process. Our infrastructural base is well segregated into various units to carry out the business operations proficiently. Following are the units of our infrastructural base:
Designing & Planning: Loaded with CAD and CAM facilities allowing us to design drawings as per the needs of clients. All the processes like General Arrangement drawings, Wiring diagrams and Technical Layout drawings are done on the specification and SLD furnished by the client.
Assembling & Wiring: The equipment layout is carefully designed assuring easy fault tracing and inspection maintenance. Assembly of products is done by experts. Complex control wiring schemes are carried out by Control Circuit wiring diagrams.
We adhere to the highest quality norms at each stage of manufacturing to ensure the development of high efficacy products. Our experienced team of quality controllers keeps a close eye on the production process to eliminate the chances of every flaw. They also conduct regular tests on the products before dispatching and providing Test Certificates to the clients. Products are tested on the Factory Assembly Tests (FAT) at the factory after final assembly of switchboards. Different Mechanical & Electrical tests are conducted to check that the products meet customer specifications. After approving, the products are delivered to the clients with FAT certificates. We also depute dedicated Service Engineers to carry out the Site erection & Commissioning works if required.
